What is Black Matte Film:

Used for light-blocking sheets and bars, it undergoes a matte surface treatment that reduces reflectivity from 0.4%-1.5% to below 0.1%, effectively minimizing stray light reflection on lenses and presenting a black hole effect for decorative appearance.

The VGT-609FTA Ultrasonic Cleaner by WeiguteUltrasonic Cleaner features six functional tanks equipped with a circulating filtration system (bag filtration system), touch screen system, agitation system, ultrasonic cleaning system, convection rinsing system, automatic intelligent robotic arm system, air knife system, and more.

The machine uses aqueous solvent washing and pure water rinsing, making it an environmentally friendly cleaner.

During cleaning, workpieces are subjected to the impact of "cavitation" generated by high-frequency ultrasonic waves and continuous up-and-down motion of the system, which increases liquid friction, enabling rapid removal of contaminants from the workpiece surface and achieving high cleanliness.

"Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank" of Weigute VGT-609FTA Ultrasonic Cleaner:

Structure:

1.Each tank has four-sided overflow ports with a 35 mm wide overflow channel; each tank is an independent circulating tank, where cleaning solution is pumped from the storage tank through filtration and returned to the cleaning tank, i.e., mother-daughter tank circulation;

2.Equipped with an independent circulating filtration system;

3.Each tank bottom has drain valves connected in series to the main drain pipe;

4.External agitation system (shared for tanks 1-2);

5.A scraping device is installed above the first tank's storage tank.

Storage Tank:

1.Divided into two chambers by a partition; cleaned solution after oil separation is pumped back into the cleaning tank via circulation pump, achieving self-circulation and improving solution utilization, while separated oil is discharged to the main drain pipe;

Convection:

1.Uses "Nanfang" stainless steel water pump with a coarse filter installed in front of the pump;

2.A ball valve added before the water pump allows adjustment of spray pressure.
